Job description / Role
- Placing of Nissan and Infiniti orders in NOCS & DRAGON system: EIM-wise, Color-wise.
- Order Communication with NMEF/IBU (Orders, Forecast & Confirmation).
- Preparing the Weekly Sales Forecast Report (Nissan, Infiniti, and CPO).
- Preparing the Weekly Data Capture Report (Nissan, Infiniti, and CPO).
- Preparing the Monthly Sales Comparison Report (Nissan, Infiniti, and CPO).
- Preparing the Monthly Operational Balance Scorecard Summary (Nissan, Infiniti, CPO, and Marketing.)
- Updating the Carflow for NMEF/IBU.
- MOU Follow-up & Correspondences with NMEF and IBU.
Requirements
- University Degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft , Excel is a must.
- 4-6 years experience in the same role.
- Good communication skills .
- Analytic skills, Focused on Details.
- Able to handle pressure.
