As a result of continuous growth and development we have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Public Relations to join our team of professionals.
The successful applicant will support the Atlantis resort-based programs and media relations projects, whilst having the ability to translate these projects into stories for various markets.
As the Assistant Manager, you will need to be extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the resort and be able to guide media through the Atlantis experience. You will be able to manage all logistics and details of visiting press and shootings including reservations, costings, itineraries, etc and will interface with a variety of media, across all mediums.
- Apply your strong writing skills across various platforms
- Liaise with various agencies applying strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Database management and updating the asset library
- Build strong relationships across a variety of media titles
- Promote various outlets across the Hotel through various methods
- Assist with creating plans that support new launches and promotions across the business
Requirements
- Education in Communications and PR
- Experience related to projects in travel industry/hospitality/luxury capacity
- Proven success in handling media relations activities
