The Role


The Role


Purpose of the job:

To closely monitor, manage and develop organized retail business and expand Best of Bread practice from UAE and GCC countries in order to ensure better channel management and consequently improve sell-out and business development.

Key Objectives:

The successful applicant is responsible for supervising field sales and marketing activities in UAE and other GCC countries for maintaining & developing Partner Relationship (Retailers) across GCC with clear objective of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue.

Position Responsibilities:

* Directly supervise, lead and support the field marketing team (such as CAP) in SGE market
* Setup and keep updating a plan for channel marketing activities with SGE Mobile team / business partners and follow-up execution (retail shop management)
* Close monitoring market activities and training programs
* Make periodic market surveys to get feedback from dealers and end-users and propose ideas accordingly to enhance continuously the channel management and operations
* Implementation and monitoring of channel tools, such as Preferred Partner program.

Experience, Education and Licensure

* Bachelor/Master degree in marketing with minimum 3 years experience in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in FMCG industry.
* Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
* Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively
* Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
