The RoleThe RoleRetail Division of the Al Futtaim Group represents eleven retail companies. Nine of them are international franchises and the world's leading brands like ACE Hardware, IKEA, Intersport, Marks & Spencer and Toys R Us.We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager - Retail Enterprise, to be based from our Dubai operation. Reporting to the Senior General Manager, you will be responsible for the following - * Consult with Retail IT Manager to finalize all new business process & new projects. To review and advice on change of procedures proposed by business from a system perspective * Assist in preparing the training material & help in training on new and existing application in coordination with training centre , STS and MSD * Assist business in developing KPI report to monitor Project performances in order to highlight key successful and non successful areas. JH has to discuss ways for improving the KPI * Support discussion on issues processes and procedures with business users and audit team to monitor the operational issue of all brands. * To test the new systems (along with business users) being implemented and if needed should support training to business users. * Monitor the Service Level agreements agreed with STS and MSD to ensure best service to business. * Participate & monitor in all new store projects meeting to ensure Project deliverables are met. * Support the increasing need of Reports in business for analytical purpose. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate must be educated to degree level, preferably within an IT or Finance discipline. You must have at least 5 years work experience within the Retail industry with a sound understanding of Retail Project Management. You must have a strong technical understanding and a proven ability to increase IT optimization, combined with a financial acumen and good knowledge of SAP. |
