Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

For this role, the duties and responsibilities are the following:

* Prepare brokers/agents production contracts.
* Ensure proper updating of a competitive commission scheme.
* Process the EFSA registration of the sales team.
* Preparing the annual incentives.
* Preparing the monthly production report of direct sales and calculate their incentives.
* Follow up the collection with the brokers.

Requirements

To be successful in winning this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:

* Graduate of a relevant Degree
* Must have at least  7 years of work experience holding similar job responsibilities.
* Highly organized, proficient in MS office applications.
* Excellent communication skills.
