Job description / Role
Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 18 years and has sole distribution Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron and Godrej in the country.
A) JOB KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualification/Training: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering Field of specialization: A/C & Refrigeration /Consumer Durable
B) SKILLS: Communication skills, Technical Skills and Leadership skills
C) Special Skills (if any): Ability handle Sales & service of home appliance & air conditioners. Diagnostic skills to solve technical issues at work.
D) EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years in a large structured organization dealing with AC/ Home appliance
E) COMPETENCIES: A person who is adequately qualified and having the experience to handle Sales service center profitably
Requirements
To ensure that the Service Department operates to the highest professional standards and meet or exceed the service revenue budgets and help in achieving overall departmental objectives.
* Sales: To promote sales of airconditioning & home appliance equipment to meet and achieve sales budget / gross margins.
* Projects: To quote and manage all project business to increase sales / gross margins / and brand awareness.
* Site Technical Evaluation: To visit site and assist / advice customers both individuals and institution on site conditions and to assess and prepare competitive quotation to obtain business.
* Market Information: To constantly collect competitors' information to enable the Sales Manager negotiate with Principals for better price and marketing support.
* Receivables follow-up: To monitor the receivables / data and follow-up for payments to reduce outstanding to company standards or as per contract.
Quality after sales service Provide efficient and professional after sales service and installation of air-conditioning equipment and appliances marketed by the company in to maximize customer satisfaction
Smooth operations: Effectively organize the daily service operations of the Service Department to enable it to function smoothly which enables to optimize call attendance and maximize customer satisfaction.
