Assistant Manager – Service Marketing

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager - Service Marketing who will be responsible for managing Service Marketing activities for SGE. Key Objectives and Position Responsibilities include:

Manage assigned tasks by Management pertaining to Service Marketing

Manage Monthly Service Evaluation for ASCs and annual/bi annual Service Workshop

Plan and execution of Galaxy Consultancy

Manage specific Service Marketing Tasks like- Ramadan/ Gitex Campaign/ Beach Soccer Campaign etc.

Prepare annual service marketing calendar and manage activities accordingly.

Explore Service Exposure opportunities and implement exposure plan

Manage Service POPs- Cut Outs/ Tent Card/ Service Network Cards/ QR Codes cards etc

Initiate Monthly service evaluation plan and manage evaluation on a monthly basis and other related activities

Monitor subsidiary evaluation activity and validate the data

Share daily/ weekly / monthly KPI reports with CS team/ relevant partners

Follow up with CS team/ RHQ/ SDS/ HQ for data validity pertaining to KPIs.

Manage annual Service Workshop

Prepare plan and execute to extend Galaxy Consultancy in Brand shops/ CSPs

Monitor Galaxy Consultants performance and provide routine training

Actively work to extend Galaxy consultancy in territory

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience, Education and Qualification

Working in marketing for a minimum of 4 years

Graduate in Marketing

Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.

Existing experience in GCC.

Good networking with the local industry

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partners

Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
