Assistant Manager - CRC

Job Description:
(1) Perform credit document preparation, review, perfection and custody activities for assigned portfolios of Corporate & Institutional Clients (CIC) and/or Commercial Clients (CC)
(2) Update document and collateral information in Collateral Management System (CMS) and record day to day activities in Daily Activity Tracker (DAT)
(3) Review and update status of daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly CMS reports
(4) Ensure relevant Group Policies and Procedures, Global Departmental Operating Instructions (DOI) and Country Addendum (CA), Global Service Standards and Roles and Responsibilities (GSS & R&R) are adhered in all activities of the Unit
(5) Assist the Unit to perform Key Control Standard Assessments (KCSA) and relevant Operational Risk Management functions
(6) Contribute to Audit readiness be vigilant in perfecting documents and updating core systems of the Unit
(7) Assist the Unit to perform Credit Administrative, Reporting and Governance functions
(8) Manage relationship with key stakeholders including CIC, CC, Internal and External Legal counsels, Credit, Cross Border CRC Units etc

Requirements

(1) Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking & Financial Intuitions performing Credit Documentation, Loan Administration, Loan Operations and/or Operational Risk Functions
(2) A team player who can work under extreme Pressure
(3) Having at least a Bachelor Degree (Business Graduates are preferred)
(3) Have good command in MS Excel and other MS Office Suites
(4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
