Job description / Role
The successful applicant is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of B2B marketing events to support business objectives
Key Objectives:
Responsible to plan, co-ordinate and execute B2B Events and PR marketing plans
Define and execute event participation strategy including Samsung events, partner events, 3rd party events
Coordinate with agencies for end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events
Efficiently manage events marketing budget to optimize ROI
Coordinate with Corporate Marketing PR team to plan and execute B2B PR strategy
Understand Samsung B2B marketing processes covering market segmentation, marketing program development, marketing budgeting and expense management
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience and Education
A minimum of 7+ years experience in events marketing and marketing communications
Experience in marketing program creation and execution with a focus on targeting SMB and Large Enterprise
Experience in end to end events management: strategy definition, planning, coordination ,execution, post event analysis and reporting
Familiar with marketing metrics and ROI driven marketing planning and execution
Ability to balance short term and long term marketing investments to support business objectives
Familiarity with IT Sector covering hardware, software and services
Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
Ability to perform and work in a dynamic fast paced environment
Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
Detailed oriented, meticulous about planning and delivering assignments within set timelines
