Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- The main role is to work closely with the marketing team and other departments.
- Execute advertising, digital marketing activities, events, promotion activation.
- Summarize local product launch plans and monitor execution.
- Work closely with advertising agency, distributor to implement marketing activities as per marketing calendar.
- Manage given marketing budget to maximize effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities:

ATL
- Advertising brief development and execution with agency
- Media plan brief and plan development
- Coordinate with HQ to receive product creative and get legal approvals
- Updating of Website, online media execution - direction to Online team
- Coordinate with Distributor / Retailer and sales team to execute local creative

Events
- Brief agency and coordinate on roadshows, consumer events, promotional events

Budget Management
- Assist the marketing head on budget planning and forecasting
- Finalize target planning numbers on monthly basis / monitor forecast vs. actual status weekly

Local launching plans and marketing strategy
- Local launching plan development marketing plan summarization and execution

Consumer Promotion
- Brief agency on the concept development in coordination with sales teams
- Promotion Related Marketing Executions

Retail Marketing
- Branding images finalization with agency and send to retail team

Marketing Reporting
- Summarize marketing activity reports - weekly and monthly
- Attend and present at monthly meetings - monthly achievements and plans

Requirements

- Educated in Marketing / MBA background preferred. 6 - 8 years of experience in marketing in consumer electronics in UAE.
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability for communication.
- Previous experience in product marketing role including ATL, events, promotion activation, budget management.
- Demonstrates a high level of organization and quality with Multitasks efficiency & priority setting.
- A self-starter who takes initiative to develop quick working relationship with each stateholder.
- Advanced skills in Excel and presentation development.
- Any Nationality with understanding of local consumer market.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and studies.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients.
- Strong understanding of the CE dynamics and technology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate marketing initiatives.
- Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality.
