A new Giraffe Outlet is opening in Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi during November 2014 and we want to give you the opportunities to come a join the team in this exciting new outlet.

Assistant Outlet Managers provide operational support to the Outlet Manager by managing the performance of the Supervisors, Team Leaders and Service Team from training new Team Members, educating the team on new menus and promotions, attending to guest complaints and managing a smooth relationship with the kitchen to ensure that guest satisfaction is maximised at all times.

With its first restaurant at Hampstead in United Kingdom, the restaurant 'Giraffe' was born in 1998 with the concept of being the kind of restaurant where people could relax, have great coffee and freshly cooked food at any time of the day, served to the sound of world music. One could imagine yourself being anywhere from Sydney to California guaranteed to make you feel good!

Giraffe currently has 55 stores in the UK and made its debut internationally with its first branch at Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3 in January 2013.
Giraffe prides on serving a value conscious menu and wholesome food, which reads like a guide to the worlds most popular foods. It has something to suit every taste ranging from feel-good food and indulgent desserts to great breakfast, gourmet coffee and refreshing smoothies.

Requirements

- Manage the performance of the service team all Front of House employees during shifts in the absence of the Outlet Manager, which includes training on new menus, supporting busy outlets where necessary, attending to guest complaints and managing a smooth relationship with the kitchen to ensure that guest satisfaction is maximised at all times
- Being the first point of contact for the guests to ensure that guest complaints are dealt with the a consistent a fair manner & adherence to all company Cash handling Procedures
- Adhering to the closing procedure in line with the Companys Policies and Procedures to minimise financial risk to the Company
- Assist in the development of new marketing initiatives including assist & oversee of social media requirements
