The RoleThe RoleOur client is a long established and rapidly expanding Food FMCG manufacturing and distribution operation based in the Middle East. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Assistant Can Plant Manager to be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all aspects of the Food can plant operation (3-piece) to produce the company’s products to agreed quality standards and within agreed budgeted targets. • Ensure that production lines are operating with high efficiency and minimum down time. • Ensure safe practices are followed by operators and technicians. • Utilize and maximize labour efficiency. • Coordinate any can plant on site issues with other relevant departments. • Report to can plant manager if out of control problem is encountered to remedy it. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: • Preferably Engineering qualification • 5 years experience in modern can plant and tin plate printing plant • Well developed man management skills, capable of supervising and motivating a multi-cultural workforce. • Excellent English communication skills |
