Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a newly established independent wealth manager we are looking for an Assistant Private Banking to join their growing team in Dubai.

In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Providing customer-related and other admin support to wealth managers
Handling client documentation and presentations
Executing customer orders for European clients
Maintaining client data, handling the correspondence and telephone calls

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:

2-3 years of previous experience in private banking or wealth management
University Degree in Finance, Business or Economics
Fluent English & French preferable. Other European Language is a plus
Strong communication and administration skills, ability to work under pressure

In this role you will be dealing with the European clients and you will be requested to work according to the opening timings of European markets - from Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm.
