The Role


The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1 - 2 years experience of working for a financial institution in a support capacity. The role offers fantastic development potential into a front office sales/relationship management position within the private client sector after a minimum of 2 years. The client is a prestigious International Financial Institution with a very good reputation in their field.

The role has a wide range of responsibilities which include but are not limited to:
Preparation and co-ordination of presentation and sales support materials.
Act as a point of contact for and resolving client queries.
Monitoring client portfolio's for upcoming corporate actions requiring liaison with European counterparties.
Monitoring of positions for cash management purposes.
Liaison with European offices re account opening procedures.
Provision of daily administrative support for the team including filing, diary management and co-ordination of business trips (itineraries, visa's etc..)

Requirements

Applicants will should have 1 -2 years experience of working within a financial institution with proven experience of working with investment products such as equities or bonds. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent. Fluency in Arabic is essential.
