Job description / Role
Our Client is one of the oldest construction and engineering firms in the Gulf region with over 100,000 employees. They are currently seeking an Assistant Project Director for a massive multi-billion dollar hospital project in Riyadh, KSA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supervise Project Managers.
-Manage construction of several hospitals.
-Facilitate communication between project team staff, system users, and management.
-Oversee every aspect of the project’s construction
-Ensure the project is completed on time, on budget, and with quality standards
-Ensure the correct health, safety, and Environmental impacts are considered.
Requirements
-Experience with hospital or healthcare construction projects.
-Worked on projects of a similar scale.
-Experience working in the GCC preferable.
-Must have contracting background.
-Experience taking the lead role on major projects.
-Previous experience supervising project managers.
