Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assist in integration and monitoring the project(s) based on PMO methodologies.
- Integrate and coordinate the project complementary activities and release the project documents / templates by using PMO systems (methodology & tools).
- Revising the project work plans so that these satisfy all the needs and requirements.
- Follow up, document and support the provision of project's cadre and resources.
- Evaluate all issues that can arise in future and can obstruct the smooth functioning of the project.
- Check and review the project's deliverable(s) before approval processing.
- Follow up project deliverable's quality assurance /approval by the authorized personnel.
- Assist in leading the team to help them give their best in the project.
- Follow up the completion of all team assignments.
- Help in reducing project team issues by highlighting them to the project manager.
- Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the way things are being done.
- Maintain records regarding the on-site control functions. While a project is being carried out.
- Keep a day-to-day record of the various aspects involved in the project. These can include keeping a track of the team-hours, expenses, etc.
- Issue project status / progress reports on a regular basis.
- Keep his team updated with the changes in the organization through effective communication, presentations etc.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and provide support / necessary awareness.
- Help with quality-control programs to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and any equipment which has gone through wear and tear is replaced immediately.
- Perform the assigned coordination and add-hock responsibilities.
- Conduct department and project(s) documentation control.
- Travel to remote offices, vendor locations or production faculties and implementation locations as required.
- Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Cover project team member duties during his absence or leave as required.

Requirements

With Master degree:
- 0 3 years of work experience.
- Proffered to have 50 Hours of Project Management Training or Academic Courses.

With Bachelor degree:
- 3 - 6 years of work experience (2 years in project management experience as a minimum)
- Proffered to have PMIs Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMIs Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

With Diploma:
- 8 - 12 years of work experience (4 years in project management experience as a minimum)
- Proffered to have PMIs Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMIs Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or 50 Hours of Project Management Training or Academic Courses.
