Assistant Property Manager

Job description / Role

A well-established UAE based company with diversified businesses including, Hospitality, Real Estate and Other Investments is looking to hire a Real Estate experienced Assistant Property Manager to assist in managing its Real Estate Operations.

The Company currently owns approximately 15 Real Estate properties located in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah & Al Ain, operating from 2 offices, Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for maximizing Rental Revenue, Improving Tenants Relations and Enhancing the value of the portfolio. In addition, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Marketing and promotion of properties using various means including the internet, newspaper, and by working with brokers.
- Lease negotiations, preparation of tenancy agreements for new leases and renewals.
- Initial, final and routine (yearly) inspections and written reporting to landlords.
- Achieving maximum revenue on behalf of the landlord by ensuring that all units carry as high an occupancy rate as possible.
- Ensuring, as far as possible, that tenants complaints and concerns are attended with speedily and satisfactorily.
- Supervising all Leasing Coordinators to make sure they carry out their duties efficiently.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager of a rental Asset Portfolio
- You should be holding a University degree, with good command of the English Language
- Strong personality, commanding respect
- Experienced with tenancy contract management, business development, operations, client/tenant relations
- Experienced with tenancy contract management, business development, operations, client/tenant relations
- Experience in overseeing Maintenance & Engineering of Rental Properties
- Familiar with UAE Rental Market Emirates Rental Laws
- Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not essential.
