The Role

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Fixed Term Contract (6 months+)

A leading international property consultancy has a requirement for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be engaged on the post contract variation claims project in Dubai, UAE on a 6 months contract basis. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be supporting an existing QS team and be responsible for undertaking a number of traditional post contract quantity surveying functions.

It is preferable that candidates are currently based in the UAE and available immediately.

Experience Required:

- Total project lifecycle construction experience is essential.
- Construction experience in Dubai / UAE / Middle East preferable.
- Experience in MEP works preferable.
- Large projects experience preferable.
- Familiarity / experience using Electronic Measurement Programmes (CAD Measure / AutoCAD etc) is essential.
- Experience in airport works preferable.
- Fluent English language.

Qualifications Required:

- Professional Degree / Qualification in construction industry (Engineering /Quantity Surveying).
