Assistant Recruitment Specialist - Al Futtaim Group - KSA

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Recruitment Specialist to join our recruitment team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for handling all the administration recruitment of multiple positions across all levels.

Working alongside the recruitment team, your role will be to:
- Arrange interviews
- Write offer letters
- Arrange documents for visa processing and collecting them
- Coordinating travel arrangements for candidate interviews both local and international.
- Conduct candidate references
- Answer all candidates questions when under offer to make the joining process smooth.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following experience / skills / qualifications:

Minimum Experience:
2 years of experience in administration roles

Job-Specific Skills:
A high level of IT skills is required, especially Excel and Word.

Behavioral Competencies:
Hard-working and flexible, trustworthy, good interpersonal and communication skills. Most important is a high attention of detail.
