Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
Ensure execution on the customer and business proposition through the most efficient delivery network.
Execute a calendar of marketing and sales programs/campaigns
Agree the business objectives and financial/production expectations
Agree product-set design and ensure product group support by working closely with Product Development, identify new product development opportunities and changes in product parameters (such as pricing) by channelling information about the market development and changing customer needs
Deliver on the MCD liability budget as agreed with Unit Manager.
- Risk Management
Pro-actively follow-up customers risk by ensuring timely required information.
escalate to hierarchy early warning signals of unsatisfactory account conduct.
Highlight and update the approving authorities of any changes in the risk profile.
Ensure call visits to customers in order to understand and report the customers business nature and requirements.
- Market trends/ Competitor Review
Interact with customers to obtain their feedback on ADCB image, products & services, and report issues to the staff manager.
Reporting customers lost to competition to determine reason for churn.
- Compliance
Adhere and comply with ADCBs internal applicable policies and procedures as well as governing regulations issued by concerned authorities.
Cooperate and facilitate work of internal audit and risk management to address gaps, and respond to audit reports within agreed deadlines.
Monitor money laundering activities, and coordinate remedial actions with management.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Education Level
Graduate
Professional Qualification
Post Graduate degree in Management or similar
Experience (indicate years of experience required for the role as well)
Min 3 years in Corporate/Business Banking
3 years with high achievement
