The RoleThe RoleDoha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 15 years and has sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio and Sanyo as well as Yanmar marine engines in the country.Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets of Motorbikes and Power Products departments by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager to consolidate market share, improve brand image and strengthen brand equity. Ensure the achievement and maintenance of the company showroom standards, arrange for appropriate merchandising and assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the showroom. |
RequirementsRequirements* Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for his area of operation, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige.* Achieve or exceed the allocated sales and profit targets. Propose suitable incentive schemes from time to time to ensure the reward package for Sales Executives is attractive and one which paves the way for exceeding targets.* Together with the sales team, achieve or exceed CSI objectives thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.* Adhere to company sales system and prospecting system. Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of Company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base.* Oversee the use, housekeeping and maintain the overall control on the prospecting and on-line computerized sales system.* Periodically impart training to Sales Executives by conducting structured in-house training programs. Constantly improve and update knowledge, specifically about product range, features and generally about automobile industry which enhances performance considerably. Ensure motivation levels of the sales team are high at all times and work closely with the team to form a consistent, homogenous and cohesive team.* Ensure that Company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers. This ensures safety of cash and minimise chances of any loss.* Develop, plan, seek approval of Sales & Marketing Manager and implement various merchandising ideas to enhance the visual impact of showroom display which helps in improving sales performance. Suggest sales promotions from time to time to increase sales. Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager and marketing team on promotions, advertising, outdoor events, etc to promote the Honda brand. * Liaise and coordinate effectively with Admin and other Departments and staff within the Company on various issues pertaining to the effective performance of the Honda Division as a whole.* Ensure policies with regard to demos and staff company cars are followed.* Manage stock at correct levels in line with sales plan. Make recommendations on monthly stock orders to ensure this. Control stock to ensure overage stock is kept to a minimum, and make recommendations to dispose of stock before it turns overage. |
