Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To introduce brand product such as Bathroom vanity & accessories, faucets among the identified business associates and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research on competitors product visibility & performance across the targeted segments and share the market intelligence with the management for further actions.
- Present to the target audience product features & its advantage and thereby attain necessary approvals to showcase our brand at strategic locations.
- Source and gather information about upcoming products & target market performance, conduct analysis of the information and make necessary sales plan to captialise on the market.
- Regularly update Sales Manager about brand performance, assist in deciding sales strategy for easy and smooth conversion into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production & procurement function to get samples as required for brand approvals.
- Generate sales orders in SAP; coordinate with concerned functions for smooth delivery of sales order.
- Attend and represent AMF brand in Trade fairs & Seminars to create product awareness in the relevant market segment.

Follow all statutory and legal compliances guidelines indicated by the company.

Requirements

- Degree in Business/Administration/Commerce.
- Minimum 6 years experience of which at least 2 years in a similar capacity with a mid size Joinery/Building materials/construction industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with exceptional networking skills across the market segment.
- Presentable and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command in PowerPoint and MS Office.
- Negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Persistence.
