Job description / Role
Proven track record in managing projects independently and ability to independently handle the project team and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels without compromising on the quality of jobs.
Well versed with Qatar market and AC service support(installation, preventive maintenance and repair).
Good analytical skills coupled with the ability to perform data analysis.
Ability to escalate critical issues and resolve on priority.
Liaison with the factories and distributor to ensure minimum downtime and proactive approach towards service support.
Able to maintain required turnaround time, resolution time and adopt counter measures for immediate action.
Ability to lead a team of approx.50 people and deliver the desired KPIs.
Motivate and impart necessary trainings on AC installation, maintenance and repair.
Requirements
Good negotiation skills interacting with the customer, technical team and distributor.
Knowledge of local market to source AC spare parts and utilize outsource teams whenever deemed necessary.
Excellent reporting skills providing an insight into the ground reality with recommendation on aligning with the desired performance matrix.
Customer oriented with proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic(speak only) and well versed in MS Excel & power point.
NOC is must (if residing in Qatar)
