The RoleThe RoleAn opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Shop Manager to work for a highly reputable organization within the Retail Distribution industry. You will control, coordinate and schedule the daily operations of the assigned Customer Channel and Retails Shop including Sales, Service delivery and provision of service of all Products & Services, to retail customers, to achieve sales targets with maximization of efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction; to retain existing customers and attracting new prospects You will ensure increase of market share and growth of business/revenue through: effective liaisons with customers internally and externally; prompt and efficient resolutions of customer complaints; and provision of quality services at the best convenient time from a customer standpoint. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo apply, you must have a BSc in Sales & Marketing or anything related for level 1, & minimum high Diploma for level 2 Minimum of 5 years experience in the area of sales and customer services for Level 1 & 3 years for level 2. |
