Retail Assistant Store Manager
Salary: up to AED 10,000 based on experience

Our Client, established in 1995 in Dubai is the exclusive distributor for casual and trendy Italian, British and Asian fashion brands and accessories.

The company directly operates over 25 retail stores for these brands in the UAE, with an overall distribution network of over 50 mono-brand stores and premium department stores across the region.

Our client is seeking Assistant Store Managers, reporting to the Store Manager, for locations in Dubai Mall, to assist in the day to day operations of the store.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
- Support the Management Team in maintaining high levels of profitability through control of discounts, general expenses, stock-loss, and sell-through in order to meet profitability targets.
- Assist in all areas of the operational side of the store including administration, staff scheduling, supplier coordination, contractors etc
- Provide outstanding customer service & relationship management
- Conduct technical training where required, product knowledge, customer service and policy requirements
- Ongoing research into competitors, product knowledge and latest trends

Requirements

- A Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
- Experience within the GCC
- Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage effectively and efficiently at multiple levels
- Attention to detail
- High level of interest in Fashion and latest trends
- Ability to engage in customer`s needs
