The RoleThe RoleAs a member of the Starbucks store management team, you'll set the tone for your store, you will be coaching your team and inspiring them through your own example of excellence in all store operations. You will receive word-class coffee knowledge using all opportunities in the business to learn and develop yourself as a leader. You will be ultimately responsible for creating and maintaining a third place experience in your store and leading your team to deliver a legendary service all of the time.
