The Role


As a member of the Starbucks store management team, you'll set the tone for your store, you will be coaching your team and inspiring them through your own example of excellence in all store operations. You will receive word-class coffee knowledge using all opportunities in the business to learn and develop yourself as a leader. You will be ultimately responsible for creating and maintaining a third place experience in your store and leading your team to deliver a legendary service all of the time.

Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager contribute to Starbucks' success by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks' experience for our customers and partners.

Assistant Store Manager:

Train, develop and coach your store team in all operational areas
Deliver legendary service to all Starbucks customers
Improve productivity and drive sales
Apply all standards consistently
Analyze business performance and make recommendations for improvements
Create, implement and manage a store action plan
