Employment: Full Time

Today, Victoria's Secret is the leading specialist retailer of lingerie and beauty products, dominating the market with modern, fashion-inspired collections, fragrances, cosmetics, celebrated supermodels and world-famous runway shows and creating products on the forefront of fashion and innovation. The vision of the business is to create a brand with high emotional content that makes woman feel alluring, sophisticated and forever young - It is all about her!Responsible for the management of a store within the normal range of sales turnover. Maximize store contribution by proactively drive sales, reduce stock loss & manage controllable costs. Motivate & develop team members, including non Alshaya Employees & ensure store and team complies with all company regulations & procedures.

* Ensure communication is effective throughout store and back to brand team

* Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls. Implement processes specific to Store product/size/location.

* Manage a team including; in store training, recruitment (where applicable), motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary and performance appraisal.

* Ensure store is fully compliant administratively and procedurally according to Company guidelines.

* Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotions.

* Weekly / daily analysis of commercial reports and implementation of action plans where necessary.

Requirements

* Passionate and Enthusiastic about our brand

* Minimum 2 year retail management experience.

* Good communication skills.

* Previous experience in working within a multi cultural and diverse store environment.

* Extensive leadership, decision making, planning & organizing and relationship building skills.

* Handled 6-8 staffs in the store
