Assistant Store Manager - Immediate start

Salary: Up to AED 10,000/negotiable for Arabic Speakers

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for one of the leading retail companies in the UAE. As a senior member you will be expected to oversee all relevant members of staff as well as assist in the management of daily store operations. Reporting directly to the Store Manager you will also be responsible for helping the store to achieve set targets.

This holder of this post will help in managing the operational and administrative areas such as staff scheduling, coordination with suppliers, etc. Provide exemplary customer service at all times, conduct technical training and aid in the development and appraisals of the store staff, maintain up to date product knowledge, and ensure all relevant information is provided in a timely and orderly manner.

Ideal candidates for this position should at least hold a High School Diploma, with at least 2 years experience in the similar role. He or she must have excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Multi-tasking, and Problem Solving Skills.

The salary for this post will range up to AED 10,000 depending on the candidates experience, plus other great additional benefits. This post will also offer a progressive and fantastic opportunity for career development.

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum level of education: High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years Experience in similar role
• Retail Experience within bridge brands
• Experience of working within stand alone retail outlets
• Well versed in MS Office
• Knowledge in local culture and sensitivities
• Knowledge of the competition within the regional market
• Knowledge of changes in fashion trends
• Must have a UAE Driving License
• Fluency in English is essential

Desirable

• Any additional languages would be a distinct advantage
