Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Required experience
1. Develop work plans, methods and procedures to perform surveying tasks.
Maintain all instruments and instrument register as per Contract.
2. Analyze field data; perform complex survey and engineering computations.
3. Arrange for regular spot check on work and records.
4. Spot check instruments in use to ensure that they are duly calibrated and in good proper adjustment.
5. Ensure that setting out books are properly maintained and filed when complete.
6. Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
7. Prepare all field surveying readings
8. Provide the quantity surveyors with all surveying site details and measurements to prepare cross sections.
9. Provide all required surveying signs and marks.
10. Ability and capability of using total station and other instruments.
11. advise on management and supervision of maintenance of buildings.
12. advise on safety aspects of buildings.

Requirements

Education
Bachelor Degree or Technician in Civil engineering.

Skills
1. At least 10 years experience in building & Industrial experience.
2. Ability to analyze complex problems and assess possible solutions
3. Ability to explain design ideas clearly
4. Ability to priorities and plan effectively
5. Excellent team working and people skills
6. A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
7. Bilingual speaking Arabic/English
