Assistant Technical Manager (Print)

Job description / Role

A Technical Assistant Manager is required for a leading food packaging manufacturing company based in Dubai. The role focuses on their films used for food packaging and the print requirements of their clients. It is a customer facing role dealing with all aftersales. Good technical knowledge of print onto polymers and film is required.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to all aftersales issues
- Have the technical knowledge to deal with all print related issues
- Deal with customers face to face and over the phone
- Excellent customer service required

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience within the print industry dealing with polymers and film.
- Must have the ability and technical knowledge necessary to deal with all client requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and be result oriented
