Assistant Travel Consultant

Job description / Role

We at Al Tayer are looking for an Assistant Travel Consultant who can provide assistance to customers with travel options and process their tickets on time in order to sustain continued customer patronage.

As an Assistant Travel Consultant you will assist the senior travel consultants in planning out of itineraries, provide service for customers by timely issuance of tickets in time to enable them to proceed with their travel & embark on the journey.

You will also provide information to clients on travel dates, times, connections, baggage limits medical and visa requirements and assisted clients in preparing required documents or forms for travel.

Apart from the above, you will also be required to maintain an up-to-date database on all regular customers pertaining to their bookings, frequent traveler numbers, meal / seat preferences etc., to offer them personalized service and sustain their continued patronage.

Requirements

Before you can take up this exciting challenge, you need to ascertain that you have minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Industry.

Your good communication skills will be an added advantage.
