Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job description / Role

1. Full responsibility of Warehouse Operations (inbound/outbound /inventory)
2. Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with Standard operating procedures.
3. Monitor the quantity and quality of commodity (ies) stored.
4. Covering the warehouse Administration Task
5. Produce regular stocks reports and daily stocks positions
6. Conduct complete inventories as well as weekly cycle count
7. Controlling the warehouse Documents( invoices/POs)
8. Responsibility of stock Position accuracy in comparison with System
9. Mentoring the performing stander warehouse ERP transactions
10. Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the warehouse manager and management
11. Daily Co-ordinate with Sales / Logistics and Finance
12. Perform other related duties as required.
13. Implement and improve KPIs for warehouse performance

Requirements

Preferred Knowledge of SAP with good command of MS Office. Knowledge and Skills needed:
- Strong organizational and Time Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer Service background is essential
