Job description / Role
IFP are the worlds largest in-flight entertainment service providerTo provide assistance in delivering high quality content to IFPs clients in good time for either loading onto aircraft or for integration with other digital media files. Ensure content is suitable for specific client needs, is accurate, in line with financial expectations and IFPs global strategy. In addition, this role will be involved in all aspects of client account managing and coordinating all aspects of an airline's media cycle including timelines from content selection through to final delivery to aircraft and all related activities in between (including data and technical services). The precise mix and balance of tasks/responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the Airline accounts and the client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
i) Assisting the account managers on various airline accounts in delivering content to the airline client
ii) Liaising with internal teams and suppliers worldwide to ensure tasks are completed on time
iii) Assisting in the management of timelines to ensure timely delivery of 100% accurate content
iv) Completion of content grids and related metadata management across a number of portals in conjunction with the Media Department.
v) Research, selection and management of relevant images for programming
vi) Responsible for the creation and input/management of metadata to online Content Management Systems ideally English AND Arabic
vii) Assist in overseeing all activities related to various client accounts from Content Selection, through to Metadata organisation and delivery
Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as MS Word and MS Excel are key pre-requisites, as are general PC-based skills and experience. Knowledge of database systems is desirable. Excellent written and spoken English and ideally Arabic. The ability to consistently deliver work of high quality against tight deadlines is considered an important attribute for people performing this role. Good communication skills are essential.
An ability to pay attention to detail is an important attribute of people performing this role. An in depth knowledge and passion in Movies, TV and social media are desirable.
