Assistant to Medical Coordinator
My client, a multinational pharmaceutical and medical devices company, is looking for an assistant to their medical coordinator to join their newly opened office in Dubai.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing team and be part of a progressive FMCG company.
Responsibilities:
Organising business related events, planning travel accommodation, entertainment etc for such events.
Scheduling meetings and all travel for line managers
Coordinate with finance to set up invoice payments
Administrative support for all medical team members
Manage the Travel and Entertainment accounts for the medical team, ensuring timely submission
Ensure audit readiness by completely and frequently checking on filed documents.
Requirements
Experience and skills required:
MUST be Tri-Lingual fluent in Arabic, English and French written and spoken
Experience in administration, executive assistance or office management ideal.
Well organised, exceptional at multitasking and willing to work in a fast paced environment
The Benefits:
Up to AED 16,500 per month + Benefits
