Associate Branding Director

Job description / Role

Our client is a prestigious organization seeking an Associate Director of Branding to support and provide the organization wide oversight of the specific brand. This person will be responsible for successfully positioning the brand in the Financial Markets and be responsible to stratergize and implement the brand strategy.

The Role
- You will be expected to act as an owner and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all organizational internal and external touch points.
- Assure proper brand usage across all organizational units including print, digital, fit out, signage, way finding, master plan
- Create awareness campaign for the brand for internal and external usage across different functions and type of users
- Ensure that best of class project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications within strategy, budget, and deadline.
- Lead the creative development of branding requirements.
- Develop and direct measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, brand promotional and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals.
- Employ a variety of communications tools: print advertising, public relations, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, and digital community engaging initiatives.

Requirements

- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in handling Branding activities
- At least 4 years in leadership responsibility in an organization of similar scope and size
- Arabic language is a plus

Salary
AED 30-35,000 AED a month
