Job description / Role
Our client is a top tier international law firm based in Dubai, UAE. They are currently looking to expand their construction/engineering team with a non-contentious construction lawyer.
This is a great opportunity for a regionally experience construction lawyer looking to move into an international law firm. The team deals with a variety of international and regional clients. They have a successful track record.
Reporting to: Partner
Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: Sun - Thurs
Salary Info: AED currency (Tax free)
Requirements
5 - 8 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
Specialist knowledge:
> Experience dealing with FIDIC contracts, Labour agreements, performance bonds, service agreements, commercial contracts, regulatory matters and contractor / sub-contractor agreements.
> Regional GCC experience essential.
> Western education preferred
