Job description / Role
RTS Consulting is the regions' only DNA Search & Selection (SAS) and consulting business.
We work with clients throughout the MENA region supporting their talent acquisition needs by sourcing "A" players from across the globe.
Working as part of a dedicated multi-cultural team you will support our consultants on search assignments, research projects and presentations to clients.
You will be tasked with developing your own portfolio of clients and, in time, will be promoted to a Consultant role in our growing business.
Requirements
You will be a graduate with at least two years experience preferably in a customer facing professional services/sales environment.
You will have good English - both verbal & written and you MUST be an Arabic speaker.
Confidence, attention to detail and a "can do" attitude are essential.
