The RoleThe RoleA Global Search Consultancy specialising in IT/Technology is seeking a dynamic and articulate individual for the Middle East Region. You will manage and deliver recruitment projects that create value to clients and help drive further sales for Iperium Consulting, including but not limited to: - Sourcing candidates and creating short-lists for recruitment projects. - Managing the recruitment process directly with candidates and client. - Creating new projects with existing clients. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will be a young hungry salesperson with a strong desire and drive to succeed, have a proven sales background, preferably in the recruitment industry. You will be working in a small but growing team and therefore will be influential in the success of the region. You must have: - A university degree or extensive formal training in business, economics or sales. - An entrepreneurial spirit, be proactive and ambitious, have a can-do attitude, be highly organised and demonstrate team work. - The ability to advise, persuade and sell. - Fluent in oral and written English - Ideally Western educated with English as a first language preferred |
