Job description / Role
Our client is a blue-chip International UK law firm, who are looking to recruit a transactional lawyer with both solid private company and capital market experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate lawyer to gain exposure to prestigious international and regional clients. As the legal team is of a smaller size you would be involved in a larger variety of corporate matters of all levels.
Muscat, Oman is a very welcoming and expat orientated city particularly suited to people who enjoy the outdoors due to the beautiful mountains and beaches. (Politically stable country)
Reporting to: Partner
Duration: Permanent position
Working Hours: Sun - Thurs
Salary info: Omani Rials (Tax free)
Requirements
4 - 8 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience) - Essential
Specialist knowledge:
> Transactional corporate legal matters
> M&A, Joint Venture, Capital Markets, Commercial law
> Regional experience not essential
> Western education highly desirable but not essential.
*Legal Degree (LL.B) essential
