Associate Director (Cost Consultancy)

Job description / Role

Joining an expanding team in Dubai, you will be the Associate Director for the MENA region, which is itself experiencing a boom in the construction sector with many new projects being awarded. This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated and professional candidate from a consultancy background to contribute to the ongoing success of the business in the region.

THE ROLE
- Experience in an Associate Director role or equivalent within a consultancy environment
- Able to lead, manage, motivate and mentor a small team of consultants
- Develop business with new and existing clients
- Self motivated and driven, with an ability to think analytically and bring ideas and energy to the team
- Experience with developing business from key and new clients

Requirements

- Degree Qualified and Western Educated, having achieved MRICS Chartership and held the position of Associate Director in a Consultancy environment
- Able to manage the performance of a small team, and multiple projects
- Excellent client relationship building skills, with a proven track record in delivering large projects
- Able to meet financial targets
- Contribute to the commercial success of the business, and growth in the region
- Experience in the MENA region not essential.
