Associate Director & Markets Products Specialist

Job description / Role

- To actively support execution and marketing of the defined product offering in Spot, Forward , Derivatives and Fixed Income to Private, Commercial and Retail Banking clients, and enhance the product volume and profitability.
- To Strengthen the Bank's WMPS customer penetration in the increasing important foreign exchange area.
- To conclude the FX deals (Sales or purchase currencies) with clients on phone.
- To price and execute DCI, PPCI, NDF & other derivative deals.
- To execute fixed income deals for Private & Priority Banking clients.
- To contribute in the new product development tailor made for WMPS client segment.
- To service clients coming from various sales channels (RM's, Branches and Priority Center's) for foreign exchange transactions.
- To drive FX products by running campaigns, incentive structure , product training and other initiatives.
- To monitor the performance & productivity of the assigned desk by developing and rolling out requisite MIS.
- To support the Regional Head of WMPS in the overall business development in the direction of business strategy.

Requirements

- Graduate/CA/MBA/TFM.
- Good knowledge of movements in FX and interest rates market.
- Minimum of 5 years strong hands on experience in FX & Rates.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Must be an effective communicator and presentable.
- Good analytical skills.
- Overall understanding of the Wealth Management and Commercial Banking portfolio.
