Associate Director (Quantity Surveying) - Abu Dhabi

Currie & Brown have a range of opportunities within the Middle East region and are currently seeking Associate Directors to work on various prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for well-rounded individuals with experience of providing PQS services to a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors including Residential, Retail, Education, Infrastructure , Commercial and Leisure.

The successful candidates will be project leaders; generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate appropriate delivery experience, showing high levels of technical ability, commercial knowledge, key drivers of cost and value and an ambition for personal development and team excellence.

This will be an extremely rewarding role working for a company with excellent growth plans in the Middle East.

Requirements

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Middle East experience will be ideal but not essential
- Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience
- Pre and/or Post Contract experience
- Excellent customer service, communication and client/external interface skills
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well disciplined and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
