Head of Research and Advisory Dept - Dubai
CHESTERTONS, one of the oldest and most respected names in the UK property market opened its first MENA office in September 2008. Today, with its MENA headquarters based in Dubai, Chesterton provides bespoke real estate services across the UAE and into the MENA region.
Our services include: Sales and Leasing, Investments, Property Management, Valuations, Research & Advisory, Plant & Machinery Asset Appraisals amongst others.
The company is looking to hire an Associate Director to head up the Research & Advisory Dept for their office in Dubai. The Head will lead a team of 3 to service clients in the region and grow the Dept.
The successful candidate should have management experience with a developer or a real estate consultancy.
Requirements
- Market Research
- Feasibility Studies including Development consultancy work
- Financial Analysis
- Strategic Reviews
- Gulf experience is preferable but not essential
The candidate needs to be RICS-qualified with min 3 years experience.
