The RoleThe RoleMy client, a global consultancy with a rapidly expanding FM Consultancy Division are urgently seeking a number of Associates to join their team in Dubai. Working on a number of ground breaking developments, you will be responsible for providing a high quality & professional FM consultancy covering operational reviews & recommendations of Master Plans, preparation of operational strategies, FM costs and service charge modelling, creation of tendering documentation, procurement and operational audits. A background in areas such as Data Centres, Hospitals and Soft Services are highly desirable. |
RequirementsRequirementsIdeally you will be an experienced FM with demonstrable experience in operations and strategy. Previous Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential, however a strong understanding of contracts, tenders and FM operations is. |
