The RoleThe RoleThe Associate Field Valuer will work to ensure the best practices and standards are propagated and adhered to in the SHL Collateral Valuation Department. Basic duties will include the following: Assist manager of field valuations in Field Review Assignments, Collect market data from local real estate professionals, government and property owners, process and develop internal property database, and train field analyst.. Will undergo training to utilizes international appraisal principles and methodologies pertaining to residential real estate valuations 50% Performing Field valuation assignments. 25%Conducting Market Research and Developing Internal Database 25% Writing Field Analysis |
RequirementsRequirementsDemonstrated knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, ability to pay attention to details, multilingual (Arabic, English), ability to grasp analytical concepts. Bachelors in economics or real estate preferred, Real Estate Education or certification would be an added advantage. |
