Associate General Counsel

Company:
Our client work was established in 1974. They work in all phases of Oil & Gas; including drilling and production operations, transport, etc.

They are looking to recruit a Associate General Counsel to be based in Qatar

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide counsel to Human Resource Department in employee relations matters
Assist with reviewing and negotiating contracts
Review and approve documents

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree qualified
Minimum of 12 years of experience
Experience in oil & gas industry
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to use good judgment and discretion.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Understanding of legal ethics.
Ability to perform word processing on a PC with accuracy and efficiency.
