Job description / Role
Currently seeking an Associate HR Manager for a major FMCG client, with a presence in over 50 countries, with over 20 brands, this role will be the opportunity to join an group that has been established in the market for 100's of years.
As the Associate HR Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include (but will not be limited to)
-Implementing HR Policies within the business units
-Be responsible for the manpower development in line with the organisational structure
-Conduct monthly reviews of headcount, formulate and implement recruitment plans
-Actively recruit subject to requirements
- Manage the entry/exit process of non management employees
-Assist the HR Business Heads with performance management
-Develop & maintain HRIS
-Implement HRMS package
Requirements
In order to be considered for the role you must have experience in the above responsibilities and also match the following criteria:
-Degree in Psychology/Business Administration with a HR specialization/HR
-7-8 years experience in a HR Generalist role
-3 years experience in FMCG/food sector
-Must be of Indian or Pakistan origin
-Must have been in Oman for at least 2 years
-Must currently reside in Oman
This role is an immediate start, therefore candidates with no notice period will take preference,
