Associate - Hospitality

Job description / Role

Our client is a prominent international law firm who is currently looking to expand their top tier real estate practice.

A rare opportunity has arisen since the announcement of the 2020 Dubai World Expo. Due to growth in the market a hospitality lawyer is now required to join their already successful hospitality team. Our client deals with a variety of blu-chip international and regional client in the market. The role is also open to in-house hospitality candidates looking to return to the active legal environment of private practice.

Reporting to: Partner
Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: Sun - Thurs
Salary Info: AED Currency (Tax Free)

Requirements

4 - 6 year PQE (Post Qualified Experience)

Specialist knowledge:
> Experience dealing with corp/comm law, Hospitality law, JV, M&A, commercial contracts, real estate/construction agreements etc.
> Current experience negotiating hotel management agreements and dealing with hotel operators.
> Regional experience highly desirable but not essential.
> Western qualification essential
