Associate IT Project Manager

Job description / Role

Job Purpose:

• Help plan and control IT project management activities including the use of the Project Management Methodology
• Ensure committed portfolio of projects and services are delivered within agreed constraints.

Functional Duties:

• Work directly with IT projects throughout the IT department; ensure that all projects align to standards and proceed according to the project schedule
• Help develop and maintain methodology standards
• Help project managers through IT collaborate with the business on project ideation and drive delivery of new technical capabilities.
• Obtain and maintain expertise in the technology, software, and methodologies within Sadara IT to facilitate project management capabilities
• Manage all staff within the Division in performing their delegated tasks.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field.
• Some project management expertise preferably in a manufacturing company
• High commitment to meet business needs as well as Service and Operational Level requirements
• Experience working with multiple third party vendors
• 2 – 10 years of experience in application development, infrastructure, or other IT areas
