Job description / Role
This is an international law firm with an excellent regional reputation for corporate, banking, construction, maritime and disputes law.
They have a rapidly expanding office in Riyadh and are always on the lookout for strong young Saudi lawyers to focus on either litigation or corporate transactions.
Working alongside the local team in Riyadh, the role will also feature a lot of interaction with the large team of of lawyers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, and will guarantee the successful applicant a lot of high quality legal exposure.
The firm across the region handles a large number of multi-billion dollar transactions and international arbitrations; this would be a great opportunity for a young Saudi lawyer to gain such exposure.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
- Saudi nationality
- Excellent English language skills (written & spoken)
- a UK or US LLM or JD degree
- at least 1 years experience advising on commercial transactions or disputes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- The ambition to work alongside many international lawyers on large and important matters such as cross border M&A transactions or multi million dollar arbitrations.
